The March foal is the latest produce to the races from his dam Eltimaas (Ghostzapper), whose son Drefong (Gio Ponti) was this country's Eclipse Award-winning sprinter of 2016 and has since gone on to become last year's leading first-crop sire in Japan. Eltimaas is also the dam of $675K OBSMAR grad Sui (Candy Ride {Arg}). The opposition includes Cave Rock (Arrogate), a $210K KEENOV weanling turned $550K KEESEP purchase whose dam Georgie's Angel (Bellamy Road) won the 2011 GIII Schuylerville S.; and $300K OBSJUN purchase El Perfecto (Munnings), a half-brother to GSW/GISP turf distaffer Great Island (Scat Daddy) and out of a half-sister to MGISW sire Point of Entry (Dynaformer). Indy), the dam of seven-time Western Canadian stakes winner Modern (Tiznow), and a full-sister to 2001 champion 2-year-old filly Tempera as well as MGSW/G1SP Equerry (St. Jovite). Zeitlos (Curlin) is the second foal out of Thyme For Roses (Aus) (Redoute's Choice {Aus}), a Group 3 winner in Melbourne, Australia, for the late Jon and his wife Sarah Kelly and Gai Waterhouse and acquired by Stonestreet for the equivalent of $595,200 at the 2017 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale.  TJCIS PPs

TAG TEAM (Curlin) becomes the second starter for her dam Midnight Lucky (Midnight Lute), winner of the 2013 GI Acorn S. and the GI Humana Distaff S., two of her four victories from five trips to the post. Tag Team, whose female family includes fellow Pegram luminaries Hookedonthefeelin (Citidancer) and her talented MGIS daughter Pussycat Doll (Real Quiet) as well as Spendthrift sire Jimmy Creed, was a $140K KEESEP grad and hammered for $400K at OBSAPR after breezing in :10 2/5. Saturday Insights: Into Mischief Colt Tops Salty Spa Maiden

This is also the family of 2000 GI Kentucky Oaks winner Secret Status (A.P. Indy). BOSS LADY BAILEY (Connect) hammered for a respectable $80,000 at last year's Keeneland September sale, but worked a furlong in a brilliant :10 flat and was hammered down for $550,000 at the OBS April Sale, the priciest of 14 juveniles for her sire this year. The March foal looks to become the sixth winner from as many to the races for her SW/GSP dam Special Dream (Officer), who is also responsible for the stakes-placed Momomeamaria (Quality Road). Boss Lady Bailey breezed a bullet four furlongs in :47 2/5 at The Thoroughbred Center July16. Rey Gutierrez has the ride for the white-hot John Ortiz. D J Stables' Killing Time (Gun Runner), a $420,000 KEESEP purchase, is out of an unplaced half-sister to MGSW Listen Here (Gulch) and to the Grade III-placed dam of GI Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup heroine La Coronel (Colonel John). TICKING (Bolt d'Oro), a half-brother to the excellent Maryland-bred handicap horse Harpers First Ride (Paynter), fetched $675,000 from Eddie Plesa, acting on behalf of his clients Leon Ellman, Karl Glassman and wife Laurie Plesa, after drilling a furlong in :10 flat at OBS this past April. He gets his career started in Florida-bred company here. Bolt d’Oro Firster Tops Loaded Churchill Maiden

ARMAN (Bolt d'Oro) has drawn widest in what appears a very salty field of 12 as he looks to become a seventh first-crop winner for his Spendthrift-based stallion. Bought back on a bid of $52K at the 2021 OBS October sale, the Jan. 25 foal one of just four horses to breeze a furlong in :9 4/5 at this year's OBS March sale and was hammered down to Kaleem Shah for $600K, one of seven of the 49 Bolt d'Oro juveniles reported as sold to fetch $500K or more this year. The Florida-bred is out Beautissimo (Uncle Mo), an unraced half-sister to the stakes-winning and multiple graded-placed dirt router Two Thirty Five (Stay Thirsty). Other first-timers with significant pedigree appeal include Tulsan (Into Mischief), a full-brother to debut romper and fellow Spendthrift sire Maximus Mischief; the Valentine's Day-foaled How Did He Do That (Good Magic), whose stakes-placed dam Stormin Maggy (Storm Cat) is a half-sister to dual Classic winner Afleet Alex (Northern Afleet) and his SW/MGSP full-brother Unforgettable Max; and Sivako (More Than Ready), a half-brother to dual Grade II-winning dirt marathoner Lone Rock (Majestic Warrior) and to last year's Tempted S. winner and GI Frizette S. runner-up Gerrymander (Into Mischief).
