Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance Success Story: Rescued Hearts

Misty’s Blue Knight, a 2000 gray Thoroughbred gelding, was abandoned in a field in Maryland. Thankfully, Animal Control rescued him and brought him to Brook Hill Retirement Center For Horses in Forest, Va. Brook Hill  is a Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance accredited organization that specializes in rehabilitation, retraining, adoption, equine-assisted therapy, and sanctuary for Thoroughbreds. It is also certified by the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH).
