Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation Awards $12,000 to Cornell University

The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) has awarded $12,000 to Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine to be used for educational purposes.

Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine’s mission is to advance veterinary medicine at the interface of discovery and application.

In alignment with their mission to support and promote equine education by supporting organizations that are educating the public on the proper care of horses, TERF continues to offer their financial assistance in 2020.

Cornell University will use the grant for two need-based scholarships totaling $12,000 ($6,000 each) for students (Gianna Paganelli and Lili Becktell 2020-21 recipients) interested in pursuing equine medicine after graduation.
