Edition Farm located in Rye, N.Y. is pleased to announce that Teri and Buster Brown have arrived at the farm to serve as farm managers.
Teri and Buster have a lifetime of experience with horses and extensive experience managing horse farms In New York. They most recently managed two of New York's most important nurseries: Sequel New York since 2017 and Waldorf Farm for eight years prior to that.
Their time working together spans nearly four decades, with experience ranging from stallions and foaling to show horses and cattle.
Teri Brown got her start with horses in the 4-H program, and spent 12 years teaching horseback riding and horse care to the physically disabled before starting her farm management career in Arizona in 1995.
Buster Brown went from cattle drives from New Mexico to Colorado in his youth to training Quarter Horses and show horses, eventually joining his wife Teri in the Thoroughbred realm.
Edition Farm is owned by Vivien Malloy, always a leading owner and breeder in the New York program. The 200-acre farm specializes in boarding broodmares and foals, foaling, and raising yearlings for the commercial market and racing stables.
