Saratoga to Open at 100 Percent Capacity for 2021 Meet
In an announcement certain to please horse racing fans, historic Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., said Wednesday that the track would open all sections at 100 percent capacity when its elite summer meet begins on Thursday, July 15.
