Breeders’ Cup Coverage On TVG Kicks Off With Oct. 28 Pre-Entries Announcement Show

TVG, America's horse racing network and leading ADW platform, will begin special Breeders' Cup coverage with the Breeders' Cup Pre-Entries Announcement show on Wednesday, Oct. 28. “Breakfast at the Breeders' Cup”, the popular morning workout coverage presented by WinStar Farm and Keeneland, will begin on Friday, Oct. 30. Fans can tune in on TVG, TVG2 and the Watch TVG app which is available on Amazon Fire, Roku and connected Apple TV devices.

The programming will officially kick off on Wednesday, Oct. 28, with the Breeders' Cup Pre-Entries Announcement which will air at 11:30 a.m. ET. The program will be hosted live by Scott Hazelton and Gabby Gaudet from Keeneland alongside Christina Blacker reporting from Santa Anita.

The “Breakfast at the Breeders' Cup” program focusing on the morning workouts of the contenders will begin on Friday, Oct. 30, and run daily through Thursday, Nov. 5. The show will feature interviews, features and training from across the country with Todd Schrupp, Gabby Gaudet, Scott Hazelton and Joaquin Jaime anchoring the coverage from Keeneland, the host site of this year's Breeders' Cup. Caton Bredar will be reporting from Churchill Downs, Christina Blacker will be at Santa Anita and Simon Bray will be contributing remotely from home. The program will begin at 7:00 a.m. ET and will air again at 10:00 a.m. ET daily.

The Rood & Riddle Draw will be held on Monday, Nov. 2, and the coverage will begin at 4:30 p.m. ET. Todd Schrupp, Gabby Gaudet and Scott Hazelton will be on site with pre-coverage of the Breeders' Cup post position draw which will be hosted by Nick Luck and Britney Eurton.

On Friday, Nov. 6, and Saturday, Nov. 7, horse racing fans can take advantage of the Watch TVG app to access on-demand video content featuring live, dedicated cameras following each of the Breeders' Cup contenders from the paddock through the running of the championship races as well as jockey-cameras.

The Players' Show, a live, wagering-focused telecast, will also stream live on the Watch TVG app on both Nov. 6 and 7. The Players' Show will also be simulcast at tracks, simulcast centers and off-track betting venues around the world

Keeneland, International Racing Highlight Weekend Coverage From TVG

TVG, America's horse racing network and leading ADW platform, will be bringing graded stakes races from Keeneland into the homes of horse racing fans throughout the country this weekend with live coverage all weekend featuring graded stakes races Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

At Keeneland, TVG will be live on site all weekend with Todd Schrupp, Scott Hazelton, Caleb Keller, Gabby Gaudet and Caton Bredar bringing behind-the-scenes coverage, selections and interviews to viewers watching from home. Friday's featured event is the $150,000 Pin Oak Valley View Stakes (G3) which has drawn a field of twelve sophomore fillies to compete at a mile and a sixteenth on the turf. The field includes rising turf star Antoinette, winner of the Saratoga Oaks Invitational Stakes for Bill Mott.

Three-year-old fillies will take the spotlight on Saturday as the $200,000 Lexus Raven Run Stakes (G2) anchors the ten-race card. The seven furlong contest has drawn a field of ten including Venetian Harbor, the 7-5 morning line favorite for trainer Richard Baltas. A daughter of Munnings, she has been second in her last three races against graded stakes competition and will have Manuel Franco in the irons.

On Sunday, the main event is the $125,000 Rood & Riddle Dowager (G3) which will be contested at a mile and a half on the turf. Keeneland's Fall Meet will conclude on Saturday, Oct. 24 and the track will host the Breeders' Cup on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 6-7.

At Santa Anita, the award-winning network will have Christina Blacker, Mike Joyce and Britney Eurton live at the track with analysis, interviews and selections. Simon Bray will be contributing to the broadcast remotely from home. The featured race on Saturday is the $100,000 Autumn Miss Stakes (G3) for 3-year-old fillies going one mile on the turf. California-bred Warren's Showtime tops the field of seven for trainer Craig Lewis and will have Flavien Prat in the irons as she tries to notch her fourth win of the year.

On Friday night, fans of international racing can tune in for the $15 million Everest Cup (G1) from Australia which has the distinction of being the richest turf race in the world. Held at Randwick Racecourse, the coverage will be anchored by Candice Hare in-studio with Jason Witham reporting from Australia.

International racing will continue on Saturday with the prestigious Champions Day from Ascot. International expert Candice Hare will be in studio hosting the coverage which will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET. The star-studded day of racing will include six events including the Long Distance Gold Cup (G2) which will feature Stradivarius (IRE) who will be making his fourth appearance in this race. He won it in 2018 for trainer John Gosden and was second last year.

In addition to racing from Keeneland and Santa Anita, TVG will also be showing racing from Gulfstream Park West, Woodbine and more.

TVG Live At Keeneland For Major Stakes Coverage This Weekend

TVG, America's horse racing network and leading ADW platform, will be live at Keeneland for a loaded card this Saturday featuring two graded stakes races including the $500,000 Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup (GI). In addition to Keeneland, the award-winning network will also be trackside at Santa Anita and Monmouth Park.

At Keeneland, TVG will be live on site all weekend with Todd Schrupp, Scott Hazelton, Caleb Keller, Gabby Gaudet and Caton Bredar bringing behind-the-scenes coverage, selections and interviews to viewers watching from home. Friday's featured event at Keeneland is the $150,000 Buffalo Trace Franklin County Stakes (GIII) which has drawn a field of twelve including Got Stormy, the heavy favorite at odds of 6-5 on the morning line for trainer Mark Casse. The popular five-year-old mare was the runner-up in the TVG Breeders' Cup Mile (GI) in 2019 and was last seen winning the Kentucky Downs Ladies Sprint Stakes (GIII). Tyler Gaffalione will be aboard.

The ten-race card on Saturday will feature a pair of graded stakes races – the $200,000 Hagyard Fayette Stakes (GII) and the $500,000 Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup (GI). Scheduled to be run at a mile and an eighth on the turf, the race has drawn a contentious field of nine three-year-old fillies including Magic Attitude (GB) and Antoinette, the one-two finishers in the Belmont Oaks Invitational (GI) in September.

The action continues at Monmouth Park and TVG's Tom Cassidy will be live trackside. The featured event of the ten-race card is the $150,000 Monmouth Stakes (GIII) which will be contested at a mile and an eighth on the turf. Trainer Chad Brown will send out two contenders – Serve the King (GB) with Antonio Gallardo in the irons and Almanaar (GB) with jockey Joe Bravo aboard. Almanaar (GB) will be making his first start since winning this race in 2019.

At Santa Anita, the California breeding program will take center stage in the $100,000 California Distaff Handicap featuring California-bred or sired fillies and mares going five and a half furlongs on the turf. TVG will have Christina Blacker, Mike Joyce and Britney Eurton live at the track with analysis, interviews and selections. Simon Bray will be contributing to the broadcast remotely from home.

In addition to racing from Keeneland, Santa Anita and Monmouth Park, TVG will also be showing racing from Gulfstream Park West, Charles Town, Golden Gate and more.

TVG’s Weekend Coverage Features Opening Weekend At Keeneland, Preakness Card

TVG, America's horse racing network and leading ADW platform, will be live on site from coast to coast this weekend featuring the Preakness Stakes undercard from Pimlico, opening weekend at Keeneland and stakes races from Santa Anita. On Sunday, the network will feature international champion Enable as she makes a historic bid for a third victory in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe from Longchamp.

At Keeneland, the track will kick off the 2020 Fall Meet on Friday which will continue through Saturday, October 26. TVG will be live on site with Todd Schrupp, Scott Hazelton, Caleb Keller, Gabby Gaudet and Caton Bredar bringing behind-the-scenes coverage, selections and interviews to viewers. On Friday, there are two Breeders' Cup Challenge races – the $200,000 Stoll Keenon Ogden Phoenix Stakes (GII) and the $350,000 Darley Alcibiades (GI). The winner of the Phoenix Stakes will earn a starting spot in the Breeders' Cup Sprint (GI) and the Alcibiades winner will qualify for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (GI).

TVG's “Trackside Live” will be simulcast on NBC Sports on Friday beginning at 4:00 p.m. ET. In addition to the world class racing from Keeneland, the award-winning network will premier a feature on Jimmy Barnes, the longtime assistant to trainer Bob Baffert who sustained an injury in the paddock with Thousand Words prior to the team winning this year's Kentucky Derby with Authentic. Both horses are entered in Saturday's Preakness Stakes.

At Pimlico on Saturday, the all-stakes twelve race card is anchored by the $1 million Preakness Stakes (GI), the third and final jewel of this year's Triple Crown. TVG's Christina Blacker, Joaquin Jaime and Dave Weaver will be trackside with expert analysis and exclusive interviews covering the undercard leading up to the Preakness Stakes. The undercard includes the $200,000 Frank J. De Francis Memorial Dash (GIII), a six furlong contest that has drawn a field of eight. The contenders include Landeskog, a four-year-old son of Munnings for trainer Brad Cox who returned off of a layoff to win impressively against allowance company in August at Ellis Park.

On Saturday, Keeneland's star-studded card will feature four Breeders' Cup “Win and You're In” races – the $200,000 Thoroughbred Club of America Stakes (Filly and Mare Sprint), the $350,000 First Lady Stakes (Filly and Mare Turf), the $400,000 Claiborne Breeders' Futurity (TVG Juvenile) and the $750,000 Shadwell Turf Mile (FanDuel Mile).

The Breeders' Cup World Championships will be held on November 6 and 7 at Keeneland.

The coverage will continue at Santa Anita this weekend with insight, selections and analysis from Mike Joyce, Matt Carothers and Kurt Hoover. The main event on Saturday is the $200,000 City of Hope Mile (GII) which has drawn a field of seven including Peter Miller's Grade 1 winner Mo Forza. The four-year-old colt will have Flavien Prat aboard.

On Sunday, fans of international racing can tune in and watch champion Enable (GB) attempt to make history and win the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe for the third time. Enable (GB) , trained by John Gosden and ridden by Frankie Dettori, won this race in 2017 and 2018 and was second last year. The Juddmonte Farms homebred has amassed a brilliant career since her debut in 2016 featuring 15 wins from 18 starts including a triumph in the 2018 Breeders' Cup Turf (GI). Despite the defection of the highly regarded filly, Love, trainer Aiden O'Brien will still send out four challengers including Investec Derby (GI) winner Serpentine.
