Wanamaker’s Releases June Online Catalog; Headlined By Debut Winner Swaggy George

The catalog for Wanamaker's inaugural online auction can now be viewed on wanamakers.com. The June 25 sale contains both broodmares and racehorses and is headlined by Swaggy George, a 2-year-old colt by Not This Time who won impressively on debut at Gulfstream Park along with Ritzy Lass, a stakes-placed, maiden mare in foal to Midshipman.

Prospective buyers may browse the catalog to view pictures and videos and schedule in-person inspections with sellers. Racehorse entries also contain DRF past performances, Ragozin Sheets, and race replays. Buyers must register for an account to be able to bid.

Live bidding will open at 8 a.m. ET on June 25 and the first listing will close at 5 p.m. ET with subsequent listings ending in three-minute increments. Detailed buying information can be found at wanamakers.com/buy.

Catalog Available For Keeneland’s Online Select Horses Of Racing Age Sale

The catalog for Keeneland's online Select Horses of Racing Age Sale, to be held Tuesday, June 23, via the new Keeneland Digital Sales Ring platform, is now available at keenelanddigital.com or by clicking here.

The catalog features 34 horses, among them Tempers Rising, a 3-year-old filly by Bayern who finished second in the Grade 2 TwinSpires.com Fair Grounds Oaks on March 21 at Fair Grounds. Tempers Rising is currently ranked 12th with 47 points on the Road to the Kentucky Oaks leaderboard.

Other notable offerings include:

Surf and Turf, a 4-year-old Grade 3-placed son of Kitten's Joy;
Ballagh Rocks, a Grade 3-winning son of Stormy Atlantic;
Juror, a Juddmonte Farms homebred 3-year-old colt by Tapit who was second in his career debut at Tampa Bay on June 1;
Frills, a 4-year-old Candy Ride (ARG) filly who won her last start in March at Turfway;
Wondrwherecraigis, an undefeated 3-year-old son of Munnings;
Queen Arella, a 2-year-old Speightster filly who won her career debut by four lengths at Gulfstream in late May; and
Eloquent Speaker, a 3-year-old filly by Flatter who won her maiden at Belmont on June 12.

Buyers may browse the offerings and digitally inspect each horse via photos and video. Ragozin and Thorograph sheets are among the assets also provided.

Bidding opens at 9 a.m. ET on sale day. Bidding closes on Hip 1 at 2 p.m. and then at increments of approximately every two minutes on subsequent hips.

Buyers have two options for bidding on the day of the sale:

Direct Bid allows you to bid manually as you go.
Max Bid establishes a top price that you are willing to pay for a hip. As the bidding progresses, the software will automatically bid on your behalf as you are outbid up to your maximum.

Fasig-Tipton Midlantic 2-Year-Old Sale Adds 13 Supplemental Entries

Fasig-Tipton has cataloged 13 supplemental entries to its upcoming Midlantic 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale. These supplemental entries (Hips 551-563) may now be viewed online.

Leading sires and first crop 2-year-old sires represented include More Than Ready, Union Rags, Tiznow, Nyquist, Speightster, and Honor Code. Also included among the supplemental entries are siblings to multiple Grade 1 winner Midnight Lucky, as well as stakes winners and graded stakes performers Chalon and Conquest Farenheit.

The Midlantic 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale will be conducted on Monday and Tuesday, June 29-30, at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Md. The under tack show will be held on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, June 24-26.

Supplemental entries may also be viewed via the equineline sales catalogue app. Printed versions of the supplemental catalog will be available on the sales grounds.

OBS July 2-Year-Olds And Racing Age Sale Catalog Now Online

The catalog for the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company's 2020 July Sale of 2-Year-Olds and Horses of Racing Age is now available via the OBS website at obssales.com. Supplemental entries are being accepted until June 19.

There are 988 2-year-olds and 12 older horses cataloged for the three-day sale, rescheduled from its original June dates, with all sessions beginning at 10 a.m. Hip No.'s 1 – 360 will sell on Tuesday, July 14; Hip No.'s 361 – 720 will be offered on Wednesday, July 15 and Hip No.'s 721 – 1003 plus supplements will sell on Thursday, July 16.

There are six under tack sessions. Hip No.'s 1 – 180 will go to the track on Monday, July 6, Hip No.'s 181 – 360 will work on Tuesday, July 7, Hip No.'s 361 – 540 will breeze on Wednesday, July 8, Hip No.'s 541 – 720 work on Thursday, July 9, Hip No.'s 721 – 900 will breeze on Friday, July 10 and Hip No.'s 901 – 1003 plus supplements will go on Saturday, July 11. All under tack sessions begin at 7:30 a.m.

The under tack show and sale will be streamed live via the OBS website as well as the DRF, TDN and BloodHorse websites.

OBS will again offer online bidding during the July Sale. Buyers will be able to go to the OBS website and register to gain bidding approval, then access the OBS bidding screen with their credentials.
