OBS Winter Mixed Sale’s Horses Of Racing Age Under Tack Show Aocalt 9 A.M. Monday

The Under Tack Show for the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company's Winter Mixed Sale's Horses of Racing Age Section is set for Monday, January 25, at 9:00 a.m.

There are 151 horses cataloged in the Racing Age section, with Hip No.'s 251- 345 in the original printed Winter Mixed Sale catalog. A printed supplemental catalog, including Racing Age supplements Hip No's 346 – 371, is now available at the sales grounds.

The Under Tack Show will be streamed live via the OBS website at obssales.com and via the Blood-Horse, Daily Racing Form, TDN and Past The Wire websites. The Under Tack Show will be recorded and can be viewed on the website, in its entirety or by individual hip number. They will also be available in the Video Room as well as several kiosks in the breezeway and covered walking ring.

Visitors to Ocala will find the videos available for in-room viewing at The Courtyard by Marriott, Holiday Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn & Suites, Residence Inn and the Ocala Hilton, plus lounge viewing is available at the Hilton. Under Tack Show results are posted on the OBS website.

The Winter Mixed Sale catalog can be viewed via the OBS website at http://obssales.com. The website's searchable and sortable master index provides links to under tack videos, pedigree and consignor information as well as pedigree updates occurring since the catalog was printed. It has also been updated to allow shortlist creation. A link to instructions for using the new features can be found in the index header and a step by step tutorial is available in the index as well.

The iPad version of the entire catalog is available via the equineline Sales Catalog app. The app allows users to download and view the catalog, record notes and also provides innovative search, sort and rating capability. OBS Winter Mixed Sale Supplemental Catalog Now Online

The supplemental catalog to the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company's 2021 Winter Mixed Sale is now available in the company's website in the sale's main page.

Six horses have been supplemented to the Preferred Session, for a total of 183 horses cataloged as Hip No.'s 1 – 183. The session will begin Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 10:30 a.m.

The addition of 26 supplements swells the Horses of Racing Age Session to a total of 121, cataloged as Hip No.'s 251 – 371, beginning immediately following the Preferred Session.

Thirteen horses have been added to the Open Session, which gets underway Wednesday, Jan. 27 at 10:30 a.m. with a total of 351 horses cataloged as Hip No.'s 451 – 803.

The Racing Age section's optional Under-Tack Show is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 25 at 9 a.m.

The supplemental catalog will be available in print at the sales grounds.

OBS Winter Mixed Sale Catalog Now Online

The catalog for the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company's 2021 Winter Mixed Sale is now available via the OBS website at obssales.com.

The two-day sale is set for Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 26 and 27. Supplemental entries are being accepted until Jan. 13. For supplements, click here.

The sale begins on Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 10:30 a.m. with Hip No.'s 1 -177 cataloged in the Consignor Preferred Session. The Horses of Racing Session, cataloged as Hip No.'s 251 – 345 begins immediately following the conclusion of the Preferred Session. The Open Session, with Hip No.'s 451 – 789 cataloged, is set for Wednesday, Jan. 27 and will also begin at 10:30 a.m.

The Under Tack Show for the Horses of Racing Age Section is set for Monday, Jan. 25 and will begin at 9:00 a.m.

The Under Tack Show and Sale will be streamed live via the OBS website as well as the DRF, TDN, BloodHorse and PastTheWire websites.

OBS will again offer online bidding during the Winter Mixed Sale. Buyers will be able to go to the OBS website and register to gain bidding approval, then access the OBS Bidding Screen with their credentials. For complete information on registration and online bidding, click here.
