The Horse Racing Women’s Association (HRWA) is designed to engage, elevate, and invest in the professional and personal development of women in horse racing. Distinguished speaker Molly Fletcher will deliver this year’s keynote address at the Horse Racing Women’s Association 2025 Conference in Lexington, Ky.
