The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame will present special exhibitions celebrating the legacies of Hall of Fame members Paul Mellon and Ruffian this summer. Both exhibits open to the public on Thursday, July 11. “We are excited to honor and share the legacies of these two outstanding Hall of Fame members,” said Jessica Cloer, the museum’s curator. “Paul Mellon and Ruffian were both tremendously impactful. These exhibits are a tribute to all they achieved and their lasting influence on the sport.”

Fashionable Fillies Luncheon to Honor the Late Nancy C. Kelly
The Jockey Club Safety Net Foundation will host its annual Fashionable Fillies Luncheon in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., at Saratoga National Golf Club on Monday, August 5, 2024. The luncheon will honor the late Nancy C. Kelly and will welcome her sister, Fran, and nieces, Michelle and Lisa. Over the course of her 32-year career as the executive director of The Jockey Club Safety Net Foundation, Nancy helped thousands of individuals in need, totaling nearly $16 million in assistance.
