Tackled by Sioux Warrior (Ire) (Sioux Nation) passing halfway, the Alice Haynes trainee gave generously to ward off that threat and score by 1 3/4 lengths. The winner's dam, who also has yearling colt by Kodiac (GB), is a listed-placed daughter of the G3 Premio Primi Passi scorer and G2 Prix Robert Papin runner-up Shifting Place (GB) (Compton Place {GB}).

Doncaster Spring Store Sale Catalogue Now Online

A total of 285 stores have been catalogued for the two-day 2023 Goffs UK Spring Store Sale, the first of the Doncaster Spring Sales. The sale has been set for May 22 and 23.

Leading sires represented include Blue Bresil (Fr), Walk In The Park (Ire), Buck's Boum (Fr), Doctor Dino (Fr), Kapgarde (Fr), Kayf Tara (GB), Nathaniel (Ire), No Risk At All (Fr), and Sholokhov (Ire).

All horses will be eligible for the £100,000 Spring Sale Bumper, the richest bumper in the world, set to be held at Newbury in March of 2024. The sale will be immediately followed by the Spring HIT/PTP Sale.

Theoryofeverything (GB) (Frankel {GB}), the son of the G1 Queen Elizabeth II S. heroine Persuasive (Ire) (Dark Angel {Ire}), could hardly have been more impressive on debut even if the race fell apart with the key rivals seeming to underperform.

Aidan O'Brien pitches the January-foaled bay, who sports the Westerberg silks, into tough company on debut with Ryan Moore opting for the stable's experienced Warm Heart (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), the daughter of the triple Group 1 winner Sea Siren (Aus) (Fastnet Rock {Aus}).
