CALIFORNIA

Trainer of record Mr. Jeffrey Englehart having been notified of the post race positive and having waived his right to appeal is hereby fined the sum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars and suspended ten Calendar days effective Wednesday June 22nd, through Friday July 1st 2022, inclusive.
