Live racing is scheduled to resume this Saturday, Sept. 25 with the 11-race $796,000 in total purses Owner's Day card featuring six stake races.

Delaware Park's live racing card rescheduled to be run today, Thursday, Sept. 2, has been cancelled due to additional rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Ida that affected the region late yesterday afternoon into last night and early this morning.

Due to extreme heat and high humidex, Woodbine Entertainment has announced the cancellation of today's (Aug. 26) card of live Thoroughbred racing at Woodbine Racetrack.
Live racing is scheduled to resume Friday at 4:50 p.m.

Acting upon the recommendation of the Chief Commission Veterinarian of the Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission, Delaware Park has cancelled the live racing card scheduled for Wednesday, June 30, due to the excessive heat forecasted for the region.
The national weather service has predicted temperatures in the high 90s with a heat index of value approaching the mid-100s.
Live racing is scheduled to resume on Thursday, July 1st.
