MASCARET (GB) (Dubawi {Ire}) is one of two Andre Fabre representatives in this intriguing affair and at €620,000 was the fourth-highest-priced filly to sell at the Arqana Deauville September Yearling Sale. Out of the G3 Hamburger Stuten-Preis winner Daytona Bay (GB) (Motivator {GB}), Godolphin's April-foaled bay is joined by the stable's Queenmania (Fr) (Frankel {GB}), the Wertheimers' half-sister to the G1 Prix Saint-Alary heroine Queen's Jewel (GB) (Pivotal {GB}).

Arqana Unveils Pop-Up Sales, First Scheduled For Apr. 6

Expanding Arqana Online, Arqana is launching pop-up sales, with the initial five-lot sale taking place on Wednesday, Apr. 6 from 4-6 p.m. local time. The first sale catalogue features Burkina Faso (GB) (Mukhadram {GB}) (lot 1), who is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Angel Power (GB) (Lope de Vega {Ire}) in foal to smart, young sire Zarak (Fr); lot 2, Bonito Cavallo (Fr) (The Grey Gatsby {Ire}), who was runner-up on his Flat debut and filled that spot again in his first try over hurdles; Impaire Et Passe (Fr) (Diamond Boy {Fr}) (lot 3), a winning AQPS 4-year-old gelding; lot 4, the 95-rated Super Khali (Fr) (Shalaa {Ire}), who has won his last two races over 1300 metres at Chantilly and has qualified for the Apr. 14 All-Weather Championships' Finals at Newcastle; and a breeding right in Belardo (Ire) (lot 5). The latter stands for €9,000 at Darley's Kildangan Stud in Ireland this season and is the sire of group winners Isabella Giles (Ire), Lullaby Moon (GB), and Elysium (Ire). Magalen Bryant Online Sale Postponed

The sale of horses-in-training from the late Mrs. Bryant's estate, scheduled for Mar. 29 on ARQANA Online, has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.

Given that the lots are being auctioned for legal reasons as part of her estate, it has been agreed with the Bryant family to hold the sale at a later date.

Arqana Online to Offer Magalen Bryant Dispersal Horses-in-Training

The next Arqana Online Sale will feature horses-in-training from the Magalen Bryant Dispersal. An owner, breeder, and a leading figure in the National Hunt World, Bryant's horses won at the highest level. Slated for 2:30 p.m.on Mar. 29, the sale has catalogued a total of 28 horses-in-training. Some of the offerings include Iamastar (Fr) (Balko {Fr}) (lot 12), a 4-year-old AQPS gelding out of listed winner Victoria's Star (Fr) (Poliglote {GB}), who was placed at the graded level in 2021; another 4-year-old AQPS gelding, In Love (Fr) (Great Pretender {Ire}) (lot 13), a winner on debut at Pau at the beginning of this year; and Hetre Rouge (Fr) (Saddex {GB}) (lot 19), a six-time winner over hurdles and fences.

Freddy Powell, Arqana's Executive Director, said, “For administrative reasons, the late Mrs. Bryant's estate must be auctioned off, however, some of her family members are determined to keep her silks on French racecourses once the legal issues are resolved.
