As the executive director and co-founder of Amplify, Annise Montplaisir is passionate about giving the tools to youth and young adults to get a leg-up in the racing industry. As part of its mission statement, Amplify is a 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to ‘amplifying’ Thoroughbred industry education, mentorship, and career opportunities for youth and young adults.
