ThoroughbredAuctions.com announces the dispersal of leading Oklahoma breeder, Center Hill Farm at Mighty Acres.
The sale will be conducted as an online only auction. Bidding will be open from Oct. 10 through Oct. 17. All horses will be sold without reserve.
Highlighting the auction is the Unusual Heat daughter, Rushen Heat. Rushen Heat is a full sister to two Grade 1 winners and is the dam of Grade 2 winner, Frank Conversation (Quality Road) and stakes placed winner Quality Heat (Quality Road). Rushen Heat sells pregnant to Brody's Cause.
Also, being offered is are a full-sister to Breeders' Cup Mile winner, Kip Deville and a full-sister to Grade 1 winner Archarcharch. Mares include daughters of Uunbridled's Song, Distorted Humor, Kitten's Joy, Animal Kingdom, Giant's Causeway, Tactical Cat, Bernstein, Aldebaran, Arch, Malibu Moon, and Yes It's True.
Covering sires include, Jimmy Creed, Cross Traffic, Brody's Cause, and regional stallions, Oklahoma leading sire Flat Out, Den's Legacy, and Liaison.
There will be an offering of 2022 foals by Goldencents, Cross Traffic, Flat Out, Liaison and Den's Legacy, featuring a filly by Flat Out who is a three-quarters sister to Sound Money (c. by Flatter), who was second in the G2 True North Stakes and G3 Westchester Stakes in 2022.
Center Hills Farm at Mighty Acres has been a perennial leading breeder in Oklahoma, topping the breeders list nine times in the last 15 years. They have been the leading breeder the last eight years (2014-2021).
Horses bred by Center Hills Farm at Mighty Acres include Breeders' Cup Mile winner, Kip Deville, an earner of $3,325,489, Welder, who has earned $1,263,359, and Gianna's Dream, who has earned $563,055.
Horses will be available for inspection by appointment at the farm.
The catalog will be available for viewing during the last week in September. Prospective buyers will need to go to the auction website, and create an account. They will then need to request a bidder's number in order to bid.
