The 20-cent Rainbow 6 Jackpot pool will be guaranteed at $200,000 Saturday at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Fla.
The popular multi-race wager went unsolved Friday for the fifth racing day since a July 31 mandatory payout.
Saturday's Rainbow 6 sequence will span Races 6-11, featuring the $75,000 Benny The Bull in Race 10. The seven-furlong sprint for Florida-bred 3-year-olds and up attracted a extremely balanced field of eight veteran performers. Graded-stakes winner Well Defined, who has won five of his last eight starts, has been installed as the 2-1 morning-line favorite.
Earlier on Saturday's program, Carry Back winner Papetu will return in the $60,000 Aventura in Race 4. The Antonio Sano-trained son of Dialed In has been rated as the even-money favorite in the morning line for the mile overnight handicap for 3-year-olds.
First-race post time is set for 12:50 p.m.
The Rainbow 6 jackpot is paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day's pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
