The Kentucky Derby Museum has teamed with Nathan Perdue to benefit the CF Foundation by raffling off a package that includes rare bourbon. Perdue, a resident of Indiana and a bourbon collector, has a 2-year-old son, Wyatt, who is living with cystic fibrosis (CF). Perdue's aim in approaching the Derby Museum with the idea was to bring awareness and funding to finding a cure for CF.
The raffle winner will receive a five-bottle limited edition collection of Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon, valued at $18,250, as well as a VIP Derby Museum experience for four and a one-night stay at Louisville's Hotel Distil. Tickets are $100 each, with a maximum of 4,000 to be sold.
Raffle proceeds benefit the CF Foundation and the education department of the Derby Museum. Tickets are on sale now until Sept. 23, with more details available at derbymuseum.org/raffle.
