Online Gambling-Money Management

Place a limit on the money that you can afford to lose. Set aside this amount of money in advance. When you do this, you won’t lose track of how much you’ve lost and will be able to control what you have. The last thing you want to do is to start taking money out of your savings account or any other place you have it. Only gamble money that you can afford to lose, meaning if you lost that amount of money, your financial situation would still be secure. You must pace yourself. Don’t bet all your money at
once, this is very dangerous as the odds are always in favor of the house. Let’s say you put aside $100 to gamble with. Of that $100 place small bets such as $2 or $4 on a single bet. Just imagine if you lost the entire $100 dollars on one bet, you would be forced to
quit so soon. Pace yourself, there is no rush.

Another important aspect of money management and being wise about your money is to NEVER borrow money. This is not safe and even if you think you will get that money back on the next bet, don’t do it. This is a horrible habit to start. You can easily lose control and spiral into a pile of debt. This is where it turns from enjoyment into disaster. Take what I’m saying very seriously. Some of you reading this have probably borrowed small amounts from a friend or family member in the past, and everything turned out great and you paid the money back. Great, I’m glad for you. However, don’t do it anymore. It just isn’t a good habit to get in to. Think for a moment about what you would do if you borrowed money from a friend and got stuck in a losing streak. You got deeper and deeper into debt. Maybe your friend doesn’t need the money right away, but what if he came to you and said he had some unexpected car trouble that month and needed the money you owe him right away? What would you say? What would you do knowing that you don’t have the money he lent you because you gambled everything away? It’s not a pretty situation to be in. Believe me, I’ve been the friend who has lent the money and it can ultimately ruin a good friendship or any sort of relationship you have with that person. Don’t put that at risk for some extra gambling money. Just take my advice and never borrow money.

Since we are speaking about money management, it just as important to manage your money properly just as much as it is to know when to quit. I always say to quit after you win. It may seem like you are in the middle of a lucky streak, but with online gambling, that streak can end quite suddenly. It is tempting to keep betting as you think of all the money rolling in however this is better known as greed. Greed is a nasty thing, especially when in the context of gambling. The reason I say this is because it can be very dangerous, especially to a new, inexperienced gambler. Another situation you can find yourself in is when you have been winning and when the next bet rolls around, you lose. There are quite a few people out there that become adamant about winning that money back. They begin to go after their loss trying to win it back as they keep betting to win. This is very bad rationale as you will probably continue to lose even more money. Just remember to manage your money wisely and only play when you are thinking clearly about the bets you place.

Online Gambling-Knowing the Rules

Before you start playing any online casino game make sure you have read the rules and regulations of the specific game you choose. The basic rules will generally remain the same, but there may be unique online game rules that will cost you big money if you don’t pay attention. Make sure you read the specific online casinos terms and conditions, and any additional regulations. The casino game you choose to play also depends on your personality and the type of game that you enjoy the most. Whichever game you choose, just make sure you understand the rules for that specific game at that specific casino you decide to play at. Go with your gut. You’ll know if you feel more comfortable with one game over another. One thing you definitely don’t want to do is play the casino when you are mad, depressed and/or not thinking clearly, i.e. when drinking alcoholic beverages etc. Gambling during any of these emotional states can be extremely hazardous to you bankroll and are NOT recommended. Try your best to advise anyone who might be gambling in this type of situation to stop and take a break until they are in a better, clearer mindset.

Now that you have your game selected, you must practice. Practice makes perfect as the saying goes. However, just because you practice does not mean that you will have the same success when placing real bets, but you odds of winning will definitely be greater if you do put some time in to practice. It’s like playing basketball. Yes you might get lucky and play a good game without practicing much, but I guarantee if you practiced ahead of time, you can have a great game. Anything worth winning or succeeding at takes some amount of time and effort to try and perfect. When gambling online, don’t jump in on any game that looks cool or one that you never tried and start placing bets, as stated above. You need to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations first and also how much you could possibly lose. You should only play games you are comfortable with and that fit your personality. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for a fall. Everyone had their own styles and preferences, it is best to stay within in your comfort zone. If there is a game you are curious about go in and practice first. A lot of online casinos have simulated play that is for the purpose of practice. Then when you feel confident enough, feel free to place real bets. Playing at online casinos is all about preparation. Only play when you feel confident, comfortable and have money you can afford use and possibly lose.

Online Gambling-Financial Security/Safety

You must realize that not all online casinos are the same. If you go out and pick any casino you see and sign up, you are making a big mistake right there. The following is the first thing you’ll want to look for in a trustworthy gambling site:

Never and I repeat Never hand over your hard earned money, credit card numbers, or bank account information to any online gambling site until you have done your research. Trust me you will want to do this research if it saves your butt from losing money. It is imperative to check out their reputation. Do they have several years of successful operation? Ask around for the best online casinos. Don’t just believe what you read in their sites and in their advertisements. Find out what other people think about their services. Visit online gambling forums and see what others are saying and what their opinions are. Has the online casino been blacklisted? There are many casinos which have been blacklisted for one reason or another. You should avoid online casinos that are
in several blacklists. You can also view reports of problem companies from the Offshore Gaming Association at OSGA.com.

Reputable online casinos do their best to keep their customers happy. Find out what type of, if any, customer support is available. Find out if the casino has an email, fax and toll-free phone numbers. Do they have live customer support that is available 24/7/365? Are they friendly? Helpful? Respectful? Easy to communicate with? These are crucial factors when considering online gambling casinos. It is also important to find out which software the company is using to run their online casinos. If a company uses software from major software providers, such as Microgaming, Net Entertainment, Cryptologic, Random Logic, and Boss Media, it means that they are serious and can be trusted. The main reason for this is because of the expensive nature of the software. If they are willing to spend the big bucks on this high quality software, odds are they are safe. Your personal information and money deserves to be protected by nothing short of the best.

Online Gambling-Don’t Put All Your Eggs in One Basket

What I mean by this is be sure to diversify. Never put all your money into one venture. If you are gambling online, you need to find another money generator. This can be a hobby or something you do to make money on a full-time basis. What I have found to be an amazing way to make consistent money is to trade the Forex market. For those of you who aren’t aware of the Forex market it stands for Foreign Exchange Market.

The Forex market trades various currency pairs, such as the USD (US dollar), and the EURO (European currency). In the EURO/USD pair, the first currency is called the base currency and the second currency is known as the quote currency. All this means is that if you have a current exchange rate on this pair of 1.45, it means how many dollars (USD) it takes to buy one euro (EURO). It is simple; don’t you want to learn how to make $200 to $3,000 for as little as ten minutes of work trading FOREX with only tiny risks? And do this multiple times a week? Of course you do.

There are many great advantages to the Forex market such as the market being open 24 hours, you don’t have to pay commissions to a broker, and the Forex market is huge trading over $1 Trillion dollars per day. This means there are many trading opportunities to take advantage of everyday, even multiple times per day. Also, there is high leverage meaning if you have a small amount of money to trade with, it’s ok because you can still control a much larger amount, just by having that initial amount. For example, you can enter the market with as little as $300 USD and open a “mini account”. Then it only takes $100 to trade 1 lot of $10,000. That’s right you only need $100 to control $10,000! I don’t know about you, but I love the all the advantages of the FOREX market. I recommend you go out and learn more about forex today. Trade a demo account to get your confidence up, and have fun!
