Breeders' Cup Limited today announced the return of “Breeders' Cup En Vivo,” an all-Spanish digital series covering five Breeders' Cup Challenge Series: Win and You're In races this year. Established in 2021, “Breeders' Cup En Vivo” will launch this year with the Aug. 12 Fourstardave (G1) at Saratoga Race Course.
The “Breeders' Cup En Vivo” team will be comprised of co-hosts Claudia Spadaro, Darwin Vizcaya, Roberto Rodriguez, and Annise Montplaisir – who also produces the show. Each broadcast will air live on the Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels of the Breeders' Cup. The Kentucky Turf Cup and Keeneland broadcasts will be produced in partnership with DRF en Espanol.
Breeders' Cup Challenge winners earn automatic starting positions and fees paid into a corresponding race at the Breeders' Cup World Championships, which will be held Nov. 3-4 at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California.
The 2023 “Breeders' Cup En Vivo” schedule includes:
- Aug. 12: The Fourstardave (G1), Saratoga Race Course – FanDuel Breeders' Cup Mile (G1)
- Sept. 2: The FanDuel Racing Pacific Classic (G1), Del Mar – Longines Breeders' Cup Classic (G1)
- Sept. 9: The Kentucky Turf Cup (G2), Kentucky Downs – Longines Breeders' Cup Turf (G1)
- Sept. 30: The Awesome Again Stakes (G1), Santa Anita Park– Longines Breeders' Cup Classic (G1)
- Oct. 6: The Darley Alcibiades Stakes (G1), Keeneland – NetJets Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1)
