BHA confirm meeting at Leicester on Tuesday WILL go ahead despite Covid-19 concerns across city
The meeting at the track last Tuesday had to be run without starting stalls because the majority of stalls handlers refused to work after Leicester had COVID-19 restrictions re-imposed after a surge.
