The Ayers Saint Gross and Populous team has been selected to work with the Maryland Stadium Authority to redevelop Pimlico and Laurel Park. Ayers Saint Gross has been headquartered in Baltimore since its founding in 1912. Populous has designed some of the world's largest and most prestigious equestrian venues including the Royal Ascot, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and the Brisbane Racing Club.
