With no perfect tickets for the 10th consecutive day, there is a sizable carryover of $364,453 into Friday's 20 cent Single Ticket Rainbow Pick Six Jackpot at Santa Anita in Arcadia, Calif.
From a total Jackpot pool on Monday of $462,340, there were 46 consolation tickets with six winners, each worth $1,482.10.
With an eight-race card on tap Friday, the Rainbow Six will be comprised of races three through eight. The day's feature looks to be the seventh race, a $59,000 allowance at six furlongs. Prominent among a field of seven are Bob Baffert's Microrithms, who seeks his fourth consecutive win, Mark Glatt's recent starter allowance winner Pyron and Anthony Saavedra's California-bred stakes winner Grinning Tiger.
First post time on Friday is at 1 p.m. PT and approximate post time for the third race is 2 p.m. PT.
