The 38th running of the Longines Breeders’ Cup Classic, set for Nov. 6 at Del Mar, is horse racing’s championship event and serves as the unofficial finale of the 2021 season before attention shifts to preparing for the 2022 Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve during the late fall, early winter, and into next spring.
