Burgoo Alley (IRE) was not going to let a little traffic keep her from getting the win in the Grade 3 Autumn Miss at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, Calif. Fifth behind horses around the far turn, the daughter of Footstepsinthesand (GB) angled out from the rail and sprinted past Spanish Loveaffair and Zero Tolerance to win the one-mile turf stakes.

<ins data-revive-zoneid=290 data-revive-id="b284fa4ee2b53b5c0fb16aa42e76910a"></ins>

<ins data-revive-zoneid= data-revive-id="b284fa4ee2b53b5c0fb16aa42e76910a"></ins>

Breaking from post three, jockey Umberto Rispoli settled Burgoo Alley in fifth behind frontrunners Zero Tolerance and Spanish Loveaffair around the first turn and into the backstretch. As the field of eight reached the far turn, Burgoo Alley had some horses in front of her, unable to move from her rail spot until they entered the stretch. Rispoli moved her out as Spanish Loveaffair wore down Zero Tolerance. Spanish Loveaffair held the lead briefly, but Burgoo Alley surged past her to win the G3 Autumn Miss by a half-length. Javanica passed Zero Tolerance late to finish third.

The final time for the one-mile stakes was 1:34.37. Find this race's chart here.

Burgoo Alley paid $12.60, $5.60, and $3.80. Spanish Loveaffair paid $4.20 and $3.20. Javanica paid $5.60.

“I think the distance is the key for her. Last time we tried six and a half going down the hill. I would not say that she ran a bad race. I think the six and a half was definitely too short for her. I knew today that I could end up in a nice spot. She was sharp from the gate, giving me the chance to be where I wanted to be, just behind the favorite (Spanish Loveaffair) and I got a very nice trip and she put down a nice performance,” Rispoli said after the race. “Because I was on the fence behind Javanica, my first thought was to end up behind Abel (Cedillo, aboard Spanish Loveaffair) since I thought she was the horse to beat. At the five-eighths pole, I was where I wanted to be and she did the rest.”

Bred in Ireland by Eoghan Grogan, Burgoo Alley is out of the Daylami mare Nurama (GB). Trained by Phil D'Amato, the 3-year-old filly is owned by CYBT, Michael Nentwig, and Ray Pagano. Consigned by Killourney Mor Farm, she was an $18,299 RNA at the 2019 Goffs February Mixed Sale. With her victory in the Autumn Miss, the filly has three wins in seven starts in 2021, for a lifetime record of 9-3-2-1 and career earnings of $170,330.

Runner-up in the GIII Regret S. at Churchill May 29, Spanish Loveaffair faded to eighth in the July 10 GI Belmont Oaks Invitational S. and was fourth in Saratoga's GII Lake Placid S. over a yielding course Aug. 21. She enters off a win in the Pebbles S. at Belmont Sept. 19.

Winner of the GIII Senorita S. earlier this year, Madone captured the GII San Clemente S. July 24. The dark bay rallied for fifth in the GI Del Mar Oaks Aug. 21 and filled the same spot in the Jockey Club Oaks Invitational S. at Belmont Sept. 18.

Peter Miller saddles a filly on the rise in Zero Tolerance (Mizzen Mast). Rallying from well back to miss by just a nose on debut at Del Mar Aug. 1, the gray graduated on dirt next out there Aug. 20 and captured the grassy Unzip Me S. at Santa Anita Oct. 3.

Lightly raced Zero Tolerance will stretch out and face graded stakes competition for the first time and could pose an elusive front-running target among a talented field of eight sophomore fillies going one mile on turf in Saturday's Grade 3, $100,000 Autumn Miss Stakes at Santa Anita in Arcadia, Calif.

Among those also figuring prominently in the Autumn Miss are Irish-breds Ego Trip and Burgoo Alley, along with Spanish Loveaffair and Madone.

Based at San Luis Rey Downs with Peter Miller, Zero Tolerance comes off an impressive one-length tally going 6 ½ furlongs down the hillside turf course in the ungraded Unzip Me Stakes Oct. 3. With leading man Flavien Prat back aboard, she figures to be sent from her outside post in what will be her first two-turn assignment.

A nose shy of being unbeaten in three starts, she broke her maiden two races back, winning by a half length going six furlongs on dirt. By Mizzen Mast out of the El Prado mare Torreadora, Zero Tolerance is owned by Custom Truck Accessories, Jason Hall, Joe Kelly and Michael Riordan.

<ins data-revive-zoneid="166" data-revive-id="b284fa4ee2b53b5c0fb16aa42e76910a"></ins>

Although she's winless in three starts, Ego Trip has kept good company while defeating 21 combined runners in England and New York. Second in a field of 13 in her seven furlong debut on synthetic at Newcastle on March 16, she closed much ground while running a close second in a one mile maiden special weight at Saratoga July 24. Trained by Brendan Walsh and owned by Rebecca Hillen, she was subsequently third, beaten four lengths in the G2 Lake Placid Stakes going 1 1/16 miles over a yielding turf at Saratoga on Aug. 21 at odds of 3-1.

With Del Mar's G1, one mile turf Matriarch Stakes on Nov. 21 likely on the minds of many entering the Autumn Miss, Ego Trip ships in fresh from Keeneland for Walsh and gets the services of Victor Espinoza in her Southern California debut.

Third, beaten 1 ¼ lengths by Zero Tolerance as the 8-5 favorite in the Unzip Me Stakes Oct. 3, Burgoo Alley will be making her first graded stakes appearance on Saturday. Winless in three starts in her native Ireland, Burgoo Alley, who is trained by Phil D'Amato, broke her maiden in her second stateside start going six furlongs on turf here June 21 and took a first condition allowance two starts back going one mile on grass at Del Mar Aug. 14.

Hard-hitting Burgoo Alley, who broke a bit slowly and then stumbled slightly a few jumps out of the gate in the Unzip Me, will be ridden for the sixth consecutive time by Umberto Rispoli and rates a huge chance.

Trained by Mark Casse, Spanish Loveaffair, who was a troubled fourth, beaten three quarters of a length by Ego Trip two starts back in the G2 Lake Placid at Saratoga, comes off the best race of her career—a 2 ¼ length score going one mile on turf in the ungraded Pebbles Stakes at Belmont Park on Sept. 19, a race in which she earned an 88 Beyer Speed Figure. A G3 stakes winner with three wins from five tries at a mile on grass, Spanish Loveaffair has an outstanding resume and has earnings of $264,090.

Owned by Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners, Michael Hernon and Gary Barber, Spanish Loveaffair is by Karakontie and is out of the Unusual Heat mare Spanish Bunny. A three-time stakes winner, she'll be making her first Southern California start with Abel Cedillo as she tries to improve upon an overall mark of 10-3-2-0.

A four-time stakes winner, the Simon Callaghan-trained Madone has posted five wins from six tries on turf and is the leading money earner in the field with $367,800. Most recently fifth going 1 3/8 miles on turf in the ungraded Jockey Club Invitational Oaks at Belmont Park Sept. 18, she was a solid fifth two starts back in the G1 Del Mar Oaks going 1 1/8 miles on turf Aug. 21.

A winner of Del Mar's G2 San Clemente Stakes going one mile on turf three starts back, she'll be reunited with Juan Hernandez, who also guided her to victory in the G3 Senorita Stakes five races back here at Santa Anita on May 1.

Owned by Kaleem Shah, Inc., Madone is by the Medaglia d'Oro stallion Vancouver and is out of the Cherokee Run mare Indian Love Call. Proven as a deep closer, she's also proven effective sitting close to the pace. With five wins from nine starts, Madone will be bidding for her third graded stakes victory.

Sunday's sequence kicked off in Race 5 with the Antonio Arriaga-trained Quantitativbreezin [No. 9, $6.70] prevailing in a 6 1/2-furlong claiming sprint for fillies and mares 3-years-old and up on the main track. Jose Ortiz engineered the winning trip.

Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners, Michael Hernon, and Gary Barber's Spanish Loveaffair posted her first victory in more than a year, besting a stacked field that included eight stakes winners in Sunday's $150,000 Pebbles for 3-year-old fillies going one mile over firm Widener turf at Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y.

Spanish Loveaffair, trained by Hall of Famer Mark Casse, entered the Pebbles off a fourth-place finish in the Grade 2 Lake Placid on August 21 over a yielding turf at Saratoga, where she hit the gate at the start, stalked the pace from second, and came up empty in the stretch. On Saturday, the now three-time winner regained her triumphant form.

<ins data-revive-zoneid="166" data-revive-id="b284fa4ee2b53b5c0fb16aa42e76910a"></ins>

Breaking from post 10 under Junior Alvarado, Spanish Loveaffair rated a close third to the outside of Jordan's Leo, while Spirit of Bermuda commanded the field down the backstretch. Nearing the far turn, through a half-mile in :49.25, Spanish Loveaffair inched her way into second and leveled up to even terms with the pacesetter a few strides outside the quarter-pole.

Spirit of Bermuda dug in gamely in upper stretch, but ultimately gave way as Spanish Loveaffair drew off to a 2 ¼-length score in a final time of 1:35.82. Jordan's Leo finished second, one length ahead of Runaway Rumour in third.

Spanish Loveaffair earned her second career stakes victory after capturing the Sharp Susan in August 2020 on firm going at Gulfstream Park. She crossed the wire first in her seasonal bow in the Grade 3 Herecomesthebride on February 27 over firm footing at the South Florida oval, but was disqualified to fourth. She earned graded stakes black-type when finishing second in the Grade 2 Jessamine in October 2020 at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Ky., and the Grade 3 Regret on May 29 at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky.

Off at 30-1, Spanish Loveaffair rewarded her backers in $2 win payouts of $63.

The Pebbles was the first time Spanish Loveaffair had run over firm going since the Herecomesthebride.

“I thought with it being dry that she'd run well,” said Casse assistant Shane Tripp. “She's got enough speed to put herself in the race and Junior did a great job riding her. She's a miler through and through. I'm really proud of her.”

Alvarado said he was confident Spanish Loveaffair could outrun her odds.

“I couldn't believe the price,” Alvarado said. “I was talking with Shane and I thought we looked sneaky good in here. We weren't the favorite – I knew that for sure – but on paper she didn't look like a 30-1 shot.

“She ran great on firm turf at Gulfstream and today she got firm ground and ran very well,” Alvarado continued. “I was trying to hustle out of there because I didn't have a good post, so I had to try and get some position in the first part of the race. I followed in second and we were going pretty slow, so I wasn't in a rush at that point. I was taking my time to make sure I had enough horse to finish the race and she responded very well.”

Alvarado said the cutback in distance suited Spanish Loveaffair.

“A little turn back helped her for sure,” Alvarado said. “She's been running with tough company and she had a couple races where she didn't run that well, but it was soft turf. I had to hope with a little firmer turf she was going to run much better.”

Rounding out the order of finish were Our Flash Drive, Plum Ali, Spirit of Bermuda, Nazuna, Minaun, Third Draft, Keeper of Time, and Lovestruck.

Spanish Loveaffair enhanced her lifetime earnings to $236,590 after banking $55,000 in victory. The Karakontie bay's record now stands at 10-3-2-0. Bred in Kentucky by Gainesway Thoroughbreds, Spanish Loveaffair is out of the Unusual Heat mare Spanish Bunny, making her a half-sister to Grade 1-winner Spanish Queen. She was bought for $35,000 from the 2019 Keeneland September Yearling Sale, where she was consigned by her breeder.

Klaravich Stables' even-money favorite Technical Analysis again displayed an affinity for the turf at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., improving to 2-for-2 this meet after leading gate-to-wire for a 3 1/2-length victory in Saturday's $200,000 Grade 2 Lake Placid for sophomore fillies contesting 1 1/16 miles on the Mellon course.

The 38th edition of the Lake Placid saw Technical Analysis build on her 1 1/4-length score in the one-mile Grade 3 Lake George over firm going on July 23 by relishing a yielding turf course. Breaking alertly from post 2 under jockey Jose Ortiz, the Irish-bred daughter of Kingman led the six-horse field through the opening quarter-mile in :24.68 and the half in :50.03 with Spanish Loveaffair in close pursuit.

<ins data-revive-zoneid=291 data-revive-id="b284fa4ee2b53b5c0fb16aa42e76910a"></ins>

<ins data-revive-zoneid= data-revive-id="b284fa4ee2b53b5c0fb16aa42e76910a"></ins>

Technical Analysis maintained the lead out of the final turn, swinging wide entering the top of the stretch but undeterred. Ortiz helped the pacesetter maintain her advantageous position, using right-handed encouragement that kept Technical Analysis to task. She drew away in the final furlong, completing the course in 1:46.49 in outkicking a charging Runaway Rumour.

“We knew there was no speed in there, so our options were limited,” Ortiz said. “We didn't want to get stuck being behind a slow pace. The turf was pretty soft, but this filly is bred in Ireland and she liked it. I've ridden her before on [good] turf and I knew she was going to handle it well. I knew it would be to our advantage.”

Trainer Chad Brown captured the Lake Placid for the third time in the last four runnings, while Technical Analysis won for the fourth time in six career starts and for the third time in four races as a 3-year-old.

“The more we work with this horse, she just keeps getting faster and stronger and bigger,” Brown said. “I can see that she's willing in her works and I just don't want to take anything away from her. Too often, we've been caught in these paceless races where sometimes we have the best horse and it blows up on you. So, if my horses have some speed, like this one, I'm going to send them out there.”

Technical Analysis returned $4.20 on a $2 win wager. She improved her career earnings to $298,200.

Brown compared Technical Analysis to Dayatthespa, who won the 2014 Grade 1 Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf in gate-to-wire fashion en route to Champion Grass Mare honors that year.

“This filly is starting to remind me of a nice horse we used to train named Dayatthespa and I told Jose that in the paddock,” Brown said. “She ended up being a champion horse for us down the road and as she got older, she showed a lot of speed and went to the lead. I can see a lot of similarities with this horse, so I'm not going to take anything away from her.

“She's a high-energy horse and my team has just done a fabulous job with her,” Brown added. “We've found a few things to sweeten her up and get along with her and it's really working.”

Lawrence Goichman's New York homebred Runaway Rumour, ridden by Jose Lezcano, bested Ego Trip by a half-length for runner-up honors. The Jorge Abreu trainee earned her first graded stakes placing after running a competitive fourth in the Lake George last month.

“She's a nice filly. She struggled today with the track, but she still tried very hard to run a good race,” Lezcano said. “Whenever I asked her, she kept on trying. The turf is very soft. My filly was never comfortable the whole way.”

Spanish Loveaffair, Illogami, and Lovestruck completed the order of finish.

Live racing resumes Sunday at Saratoga with a 10-race card featuring the $120,000 Summer Colony, a nine-furlong main track event for older fillies and mares who have not won a graded stakes race in 2021. First post is 1:05 p.m. Eastern.

Technical Analysis (Ire) (Kingman {GB}) tops a six-horse renewal of Saratoga's GII Lake Placid S. Saturday. A second-out graduate at Aqueduct in November, the bay opened her 2021 account with an optional claimer win at Belmont Apr. 29. Sixth behind recent GIII Saratoga Oaks Invitational S. winner Con Lima (Commissioner) in Belmont's GIII Wonder Again S. June 3, the Klaravich runner rolled to victory in this venue's GIII Lake George S. last out July 23.

“We're going in there getting her back to a mile and a sixteenth. She seems to be doing well,” trainer Chad Brown said. “We've always thought a lot of her.”

Spanish Loveaffair (Karakontie {Jpn}) thought she had secured her first graded victory earlier this year in Gulfstream's GIII Herecomesthebride S., but was disqualified and placed fourth for interference. A non-factor sixth after being nailed at the start of Keeneland's GII Appalachian S. Apr. 3, the bay was run down late, finishing a close second in Churchill's GIII Regret S. May 29. She was last seen fading to eighth in the 10-furlong GI Belmont Oaks Invitational S. July 10 and this cut back in trip should suit her better.

Talented New York-bred Runaway Rumour (Flintshire {GB}) is certainly worth a look in here. A debut winner against fellow Empire-breds May 9, the bay rallied to victory in a state-bred allowance at Belmont June 5 and followed suit with a score against open company in the Wild Applause S. 21 days later. The Goichman homebred closed from well back to be fourth in this venue's Lake George last out.

Klaravich Stables' Technical Analysis took a step up last time with her first career stake win and will look to go 2-for-2 this summer at Saratoga Race Course in headlining a six-horse field of sophomore fillies in Saturday's Grade 2, $200,000 Lake Placid going 1 1/16 miles on the Mellon turf course at the Spa.

The 38th running of the Lake Placid, carded as Race 9, is one of three stakes on the 11-race card that features a 1:05 p.m. Eastern first post. The $120,000 Smart N Fancy for older fillies and mares sprinting 5 1/2 furlongs on the Mellon turf will go off as Race 3, while the 141st running of the Grade 1, $600,000 Alabama for 3-year-old fillies going 1 1/4 miles on the main track will take center stage in Race 10.

In the Lake Placid, Technical Analysis will look to duplicate her effort from the Grade 3 Lake George on July 23 over the Saratoga inner turf, where she tracked in third position before kicking away from Fluffy Socks to win by 1 1/4 lengths in a one-mile contest. The Chad Brown trainee has compiled a 3-0-1 record in five starts but did not face stakes competition until her sixth-place effort in the 1 1/8-mile Grade 3 Wonder Again on June 3 at Belmont Park.

After winning at a mile, the Irish-bred daughter of Kingman will be stretched back out, drawing post 2 with Jose Ortiz aboard for the fifth straight start.

“We're going in there getting her back to a mile and a sixteenth. She seems to be doing well,” Brown said. “We've always thought a lot of her.”

Spanish Loveaffair faced top-flight competition last out, running last-of-8 in the Grade 1 Belmont Oaks Invitational in the opening leg of NYRA's Turf Triple series on July 10. Entering off a two-month respite, the daughter of Karakonite has alternated between solid stakes efforts and disappointing finishes in her four 2021 starts, which started when she crossed the wire first in the Grade 3 Herecomesthebride in February at Gulfstream Park but was disqualified and placed fourth for interference.

After a bump near the start caused a sixth-place finish in the Grade 2 Appalachian in April at Keeneland, Spanish Loveaffair again encountered trip troubles in the Grade 3 Regret but overcame it to run second, just three-quarters of a length back to Gam's Mission, on May 29 at Churchill before her Belmont Oaks performance.

Spanish Loveaffair, owned by Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners, Michael Hernon and Barber, is trained by newly inducted Hall of Famer Mark Casse. Ricardo Santana, Jr. will be in the irons from the outermost post 6.

Lawrence Goichman's New York-homebred Runaway Rumour won her first three starts for trainer Jorge Abreu, including an off-the-pace half-length victory in the Wild Applause in June at Belmont Park going one mile. After running fourth in the Lake George in her first run over the Saratoga grass, the Flintshire filly will return to the Spa, where she has worked since June, including a four-furlong work on the Oklahoma training track on August 7 in 50.83 seconds.

Runaway Rumour drew post 4 with Jose Lezcano set to ride.

Reiko and Michael Baum's Illiogami stepped up to stakes company for the first time in her last start when running fifth in the Grade 2 Mother Goose on June 26 at Belmont. The Tapit filly, a $400,000 purchase at the 2019 Keeneland September Yearling Sale, made her first two starts on turf before trainer Rusty Arnold moved her to the main track for her last four races, starting with a runner-up performance in November at Churchill to cap her juvenile campaign.

Back-to-back wins in April at Keeneland and Churchill, respectively, prompted the class elevation in the Mother Goose. Now, Illiogami will make her first turf start in nine months, drawing the inside post with Manny Franco aboard.

“She's doing well; she didn't run that well in the Mother Goose, which was a disappointment, but her first two races started off good,” Arnold said. “We're hoping it's a case where she just didn't handle the dirt. We got her here in Saratoga but we weren't ready for the first opportunity, and this one just set up a little bit better. We really didn't have a break based on any intentions, it's just the way it worked out.

“She's been good since she's been here,” Arnold added.

Rebecca Hillen's Ego Trip ran second in her first North American start, finishing one length back to Rastafara in a one-mile maiden special weight on July 24 at Saratoga. The Irish-bred daughter of No Nay Never made her first start in March, also finishing as the runner-up at Newcastle for trainer Kevin Ryan, before being transferred to Brendan Walsh's care when arriving in the United States.

Ego Trip will have Tyler Gaffalione in the irons from post 3.

Godolphin homebred Lovestruck, winner of the Tepin in November at Aqueduct Racetrack for Hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott, will be making just the second start of her campaign after finishing eighth in the Wild Applause.

Hall of Famer John Velazquez will have the call from post 5.

After acing a proverbial quiz with a 3 1/4-length win in Saturday's Grade 3 Victory Ride at Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y., Hall of Fame trainer Mark Casse said Souper Sensational could now be ready for a test – the $500,000 Grade 1 Longines Test on August 7 at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. that is – after coming out of her effort yesterday in good order.

Live Oak Plantation's Souper Sensational notched her first career graded stakes score when going five-wide in the upper stretch and surging home under jockey Flavien Prat to win the 6 1/2-furlong main track sprint for 3-year-old fillies. Her win over Ova Charged earned the Curlin filly a personal-best 95 Beyer Speed Figure as she improved her career record to 3-1-1 in seven starts.

<ins data-revive-zoneid="166" data-revive-id="b284fa4ee2b53b5c0fb16aa42e76910a"></ins>

Casse had Souper Sensational on the trail for the Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks earlier in her sophomore campaign, where she finished third in the 1 1/16-mile Grade 2 Fair Grounds Oaks in March over a fast track. In her last start, she ran fourth in the Grade 2 Eight Belles in April at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky., also over a fast track. The Victory Ride was the first time Souper Sensational ran over a track rated good.

“She's always shown a lot of talent,” said Casse. “We tried to get her to the Oaks and maybe in retrospect, she might just be a good sprinter type or going a mile. But the race set up for her yesterday and Flavien rode her well. She was impressive.”

In the Eight Belles, Hall of Famer John Velazquez was aboard for the seven-furlong sprint, and the veteran rider told Casse afterward he was disappointed in the effort based on Souper Sensational's ability.

“She trained really well into this race. [Assistant trainer] David Carroll, who had her for me at Louisville, thought she trained as well, if not better, than ever coming into the race, and he was right,” Casse said. “The last time she ran at Churchill, Johnny came back and was very frustrated. He said he was following a horse and a horse stopped in front of him and said we should have done a lot better than she did.

“So, we gave her a little break. She had been running hard,” Casse added. “I gave her just a little training beak. Sometimes you don't have to go home to get a break. We just didn't do anything with her for a little while. After the race at Churchill, our goal was the Test, and I figured, what's the best way to get to that race?' And yesterday was a great step.”

The G1 Longines Test for sophomore fillies is held at seven furlongs. Casse said Souper Sensational was headed upstate to Saratoga Springs to begin training for that contest next month.

“She got a 95 Beyer, which is very good for a 3-year-old filly. If you consider the wide trip too, it was impressive,” Casse said reflecting on the Victory Ride. “She's now headed to Saratoga this morning and we'll look at the Test.”

John C. Oxley's Palazzi had a troubled trip and finished sixth in Saturday's $1 million Grade 1 Belmont Derby Invitational at 1 1/4 miles on the inner turf. After breaking from the inside post under Tyler Gaffalione in the nine-horse field, Palazzi could not find racing room until it was too late, finishing 3 1/4 lengths behind winner Bolshoi Ballet. It was the third time in six starts Palazzi drew the inside post in a stakes race.

“Poor Palazzi, he can't catch a break,” Casse said. “He drew the one-hole again and there wasn't anything Tyler did wrong, but there was nowhere to go and there was too much to do when he finally got loose. I guess we'll go to the next big one in Saratoga.”

With the Belmont Derby Invitational serving as the first leg of the Turf Triple series, the “big one” at Saratoga will host the middle jewel of the series, with the $1 million Grade 1 Saratoga Derby Invitational at 1 3/16 miles set for Whitney Day on August 7.

Casse's other entry in a Turf Triple race, Spanish Loveaffair, ran last-of-eight in the $700,000 Grade 1 Belmont Oaks Invitational for 3-year-old fillies going 1 1/4 miles on the inner turf. Casse didn't pick up a next spot yet but said a shorter distance could suit the Karakontie filly better. Spanish Loveaffair is owned by Gary Barber, Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners, and Michael Hernon.

“I just think we're going to cut her back and go a mile,” Casse said. “She wants a race where there's a little more pace. The problem is the further you run, the less pace there is. She was just too rambunctious early on yesterday.”
