Wayne Lukas to defeat Free Drop Billy (Union Rags) in the 2017 GI Hopeful S. at Saratoga. He was third across the line when trying two turns for the first time in the GIII Southwest S. at Oaklawn Park. He retired with earnings of $409,790.
