In his northern hemisphere exploits, Addeybb has posted a win in the 2020 G1 British Champions Stakes and finished second in the 2019 edition. The gelding also ran second in the 2020 G1 Prince of Wales's at Royal Ascot, and the 2021 G1 Coral-Eclipse. Overall, Addeybb's record stands at 12 wins from 24 starts with earnings of £3,554,184 (about US$4 million).

“His infection markers have improved, we're not out of the woods, but I think we're making good headway,” Haggas told the TDN. “Those sort of things can be nasty. They can be no good and it's good he's better. I very much hope he'll be OK for next season. He owes us absolutely nothing and we won't take any risks with him. From an Australian point of view this is a bad time, but from any other point of view it's a good time to have a bit of a setback.”
